HURTEL sp. z o.o., based in Zielona Góra, informs that the USB charger of the Wozinsky brand, model WWCG01, EAN code 5907769307492, does not comply with §7(1)(1) of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of 2 June 2016 on requirements for electrical equipment, due to the fact that tests have shown improper insulation distances in the transformer and insulation breakdown during the electrical strength test, which poses a risk of electric shock. This notice is published in connection with proceedings conducted before the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
