We inform you that the USB charger by Wozinsky, model WWCG01, EAN code 5907769307492, violates §7 section 1 point 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Development of June 2, 2016 on requirements for electrical equipment, due to the fact that tests revealed incorrect insulation distances in the transformer and insulation breakdown during the electric strength test, which poses a risk of electric shock. This notice is published in connection with proceedings conducted by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.We recommend immediate discontinuation of use of the aforementioned product. We inform you that due to the risk posed by the USB charger “Dudao”, model “A2EU” (barcode: 6970379615379), placed on the market by HURTEL sp. z o.o., the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (UOKiK) has initiated proceedings regarding the safety of this product.Laboratory tests showed that the insulating material used in the charger does not meet high temperature resistance requirements, which may lead to overheating and potentially pose a fire hazard.We recommend immediate discontinuation of use of the aforementioned product. HURTEL sp. z o.o., based in Zielona Góra, informs that the Wozinsky Universal 2 x USB 3.1 A car charger, EAN code 5907769300011, does not comply with the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Development and Finance of December 21, 2016 on the essential requirements regarding the restriction of the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, due to the presence of lead in quantities exceeding the permissible value, which poses a risk to human health and the environment. This notice is published in connection with proceedings conducted by the President of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.
